Muscle Smith ships across India with trusted delivery partners. Our goal is to get your supplements to you safely and on time, every time.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Shipping Time
Delivery timelines vary by location.
Metros usually take 3 to 5 business days.
Other cities and towns may take 5 to 7 business days.
Remote areas may require a little more time, depending on courier reach.

These timelines are estimates. Delays caused by weather, transport issues or regional restrictions are beyond our control.

Shipping Charges
Shipping fees, if any, will be shown at checkout.
We may offer free shipping during promotions or above certain order values.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email or SMS. This helps you follow your package until it reaches your doorstep.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please enter your delivery details carefully. We cannot reship or refund orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address.
If a package is returned to us because it was not accepted or repeatedly attempted, reshipping charges may apply.

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or tampered with, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at returns@musclesmith.in with photos of the package and product. Our team will support you with the next steps.
