The Platform Owner shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you or INR 100, whichever is lower.
Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to force majeure events.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and all disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, Delhi.
